This 6-page printable PDF will test your Spanish conjugation skills with crossword puzzles! Every single word in these puzzles is a common conjugation of the verb SER, so it's worth learning.

Why crossword puzzles?

• In normal "fill in the blanks" exercises, there is sometimes more than one correct answer, but your textbook only gives you one. This means even native speakers can provide "wrong" answers which are actually correct!
• In a crossword puzzle, there is usually only one correct answer that fits the puzzle.
• Crosswords are more fun!

Each page in this PDF contains one level:

• Level 1 includes conjugations among the top 100 words in conversational Spanish.
• Level 2 includes conjugations among the top 250 words.
• Level 3 includes conjugations among the top 450 words.
• Level 4 includes conjugations among the top 700 words.
• Level 5 includes conjugations among the top 1,000 words.
• Page 6 is the final test: It includes conjugations from all 5 previous levels, plus a few other conjugations found among the top 5,000 words in conversational Spanish.
